I’m a Product Design Manager building PropTech and Fintech products in Vietnam. At One Mount, I lead a team of designers on the CoBroker AI platform, turning data and research into product decisions. I also build the systems that let a team ship with quality at scale: design systems, design ops and AI-native workflows.
My approach is grounded in evidence, shaped by strategic intent, and measured by real impact for users and the business.

Each project I take on is driven by a clear purpose - to solve real problems with strategic design. I focus not only on how things look, but also on how they work, feel, and create value for both users and businesses.
My career journey is not a series of random roles - it's a carefully chosen path shaped by curiosity, challenge, and the desire to grow as a thoughtful product designer.
Outside of formal roles, I actively engage in communities, workshops, and side projects. These aren’t just extras - they’re where I explore, mentor, and stay connected to the evolving landscape of design and creativity.
More than a degree - education is a foundation that sharpened my thinking, discipline, and design philosophy. I continuously learn through both structured programs and self-driven discovery.
